What is the turnaround time to receive the final images?

All images are delivered via email and accessible through a provided digital gallery link. Additional images are available for purchase.

Digital Images: Allow up to 2-5 days for proofs to be sent for image selection. Additional cost per image chosen over the agreed-upon set amount.


Print Images: Physical prints are available through the gallery link, and delivery time is subject to the printing company.


Raw Files: We do not provide raw files. The original files are the sole property of the photographer. All requests for raw imaging will be denied.

 

Is my Retainer refundable?

Retainers are non-refundable and non-negotiable, serving to solidify your shoot date. In the event of rescheduling or cancellation, your retainer can be credited to a new session. Cancellations and rescheduling must be done within 72 hours of your shoot date, or the retainer will not be credited.

 

How far in advance should I schedule a session with you?


 

It's recommended to schedule no later than 3 weeks before the shoot date. Last-minute inquiries should be directed to our email, not through the consultation page.

 

What if my business is just starting out and I’m still unclear about what I want my branding to be?

This is perfectly normal and precisely B.Y.S Co. was created! Through the creation of a vision board and one-on-one consultation, you'll start to gain clarity on your branding, with my guidance along the way.

 

How many people can I bring to the session even if they aren’t in the photos?

A maximum of 2 people are allowed on-site during the session. Too many people can be distracting. While friends and family may offer opinions, our photographer is focused on guiding you to capture your best angles.

What if I need to book a session last minute?

All last-minute bookings require full payment and a completed signed contract, no exceptions.

Can you travel to my desired location?

Yes! Travel rates will apply to the total shoot, varying based on location and required expenses (e.g., flight, gas, etc.).

Do you shoot Other Types of Photographs?

 

Yes! Your milestones are just as important to us as our other services. Events, Maternity sessions, birthday shoots, graduation shoots, engagement sessions, and beyond are accepted at our discretion, with an hourly fee applied either bundled or by the hour.
